East Meets West

East Meets West – In-justice will not go unnoticed

We are an organisation dedicated to seeking social justice, highlighting in-justice and publishing unedited stories and articles. From East to West we believe in a better future.

East meets west serves to highlight global in-justice, we seek to highlight that todays difficulties are nothing new. In recent times the level of in-justice has gone up and yet the amount of attention it draws has decreased. Slavery, illegal wars, propaganda, war crimes, crimes against humanity, corruption, genocide and more, may all seem common place throughout history. But upon looking deeper in to the system that we live in, we can see clearly that they are very much still here. Many sleep-walk or resort to a state of denial about the current global situation. After all it is our governments that we turn too in times of need. So how can they possibly commit such heinous crimes. The answer is simple, cloud your mind and judgement with as much irrelevant information as possible and you shall cease to care or question.

Critical thinking is one of our most primary attributes, without it we could not have discovered many of the wonders that science and technology have brought to us.

When East Meets West together with Veterans for Peace, Occupy and Anonymous aim to provide you with information from both personal accounts of in-justice from the war in Iraq and Afghanistan and research in to the more finer, inner details of a global system that has gone too far. We also research information about past wars and acts of genocide, this information can be found on the map of in-justice. You may wonder what it is that you can possibly do, what changes can just a mere person make. I guess these same questions have been asked before, many times over. Gandhi and Martin Luther king we simply mere men, but they recognised in-justice embedded deep within their society and they had the courage to say no. They saw that something must change, they didn’t quite know what the outcome would be, but with the simple thought that something was very wrong with the world they were living in drove them to not give up.

Power has and always will lie within the people, you only have to say no. Collectively we can make change and guide our own futures.

Anonymous – You are all Anonymous
